My Idea that I pitched to Aisling was to use a mash up of different images. I wanted to do it in a style where it looked like pieces of paper would be cut out and layered on 3D plan in after effects. I wanted to have a symbolic item or symbol that moved through the 3D landscape. The landscape would be dull to start of with but as the symbolic item moved through the space it would bring light to buildings, street lights etc. Also at the start of the animation the space will be completely blank, I want to use music as a form a sense of loneliness and build as the place brightens up and the space begins to fill with props.
These images are where i got the influence for my idea. I really liked the texture cut out of pictures layered with other objects to create an image. What also influenced my idea was the use of negative space in these images.
